Hello, tokusatsu community! It’s Joshua Perry here to talk about SODO figures on my fortnightly series, SODO Sundays. Today, Zi-O Set 3, future news, a whole new SODO line, and YUDO as well!
Kamen Rider Zi-O
The rest of Set 3 has been revealed! First up is the newest armor to show up in the show, the Genm Armor. This Geiz exclusive armor comes with the stand, all the armor pieces and the Zikan Axe with a Ridewatch molded in it. Overall, being based on Genm, the armor is basically a repaint of the Ex-Aid armor from Set 2.
Continuing with the as of now toy exclusive forms mentioned last time we now have the Den-O Armor! This form also comes with the Zikan Girade in gun mode with the Ridewatch molded on it.
The full line up for SODO Set 3 is confirmed as the Fourze, Genm, Ryuki, and Den-O armors along with the Zi-O base body and armor bodies for Geiz and Zi-O.
The Wizard Armor was teased for Set 5 as well, not known why it’s not in Set 4 though.
While no pictures have been revealed pre-orders have revealed that Zi-O SODO Set 6 will be very similar to last year’s Build SODO Sets featuring Ex-Aid. Set 6 is Kamen Rider Zi-O SODO Set 6 featuring Kamen Rider Build. This could be the new forms from the upcoming Cross-Z V-Cinema or maybe the RabbitDragon form seen in Build’s finale. Another set has been revealed as Zi-O SODO Set EX, which could be villains set like Build did with the Guardians last year. Stay tuned to SODO Sundays for more info.
