Hello, tokusatsu community! It’s Joshua Perry here to talk about SODO figures on my fortnightly series, SODO Sundays. Today SHODO and Zi-O is back!
SHODO Super
Following the reveal of the 3rd SHODO Super Set for Bioman a teaser has been posted for Gaoranger to be joining this line. At the beginning of March this set will be shown off alongside the Super Minipla release of GaoKing. This SHODO Super Set will be the first one to feature a six member Sentai as well.
SHODO-O 6
The next SHODO-O set to go along with the Build themed SHODO-X 12 has been revealed. This set will include Kamen Rider Grease. Knight Rogue, and Blood Stalk from Build along with their weapons. Grease will get two Twin Breakers to recreate the end of the show when he had doubles for a few fights. Rogue and Stalk will have their Transteam Guns, Steam Blades, and their combined weapon forms.
From the Ex-Aid side of things, both Level 50 forms of Kamen Rider Para-DX are in this set as well. There’s only one figure but it can swap between the Puzzle Gamer or Fighter Gamer forms. He’ll have Power Up item and Video Game Graphic pieces in the accessories set for him.
SODO Chronicle Kuuga
The next Premium Bandai SODO Chronicle release will be the BeatChaser2000 from Kamen Rider Kuuga. This is his second bike used in the series. It will also be coming with the Gouram that can combine with it but this time pieces are included to make it the Rising Gouram.
SODO Chronicle OOO
Following the stand-alone release of the Complete Selection Modification exclusive Saramiuo Combo they have decided to release the other 4 in two Premium 2 Packs. First up is the Bikaso and Mukachiri Combo Set. Then there’s the Shigazeshi and Seishirogin Combo Set.
SODO Saber Book 6
The next Saber set, which has been pushed from March to April, has already revealed the accessories set for Decade Complete, but that’s not it for Decade as his new form from the vs Zi-O special is here: Decade Complete Form 21. This new form with a ton of Rider Cards on it features a number of stickers to pull off that look, especially on the cape of cards.
That’s not it for figures from this special as Kamen Rider Zi-O Decade Armor Saber Form is here as well. Since this form is not much different from the original Decade Armor they added a few new pieces. The Ride Heisaber this time does not have a Ridewatch loaded into it. They also included new hands for the original Zi-O figure of him holding a Ridewatch, with sticker options for all the Heisei Riders.
