Hello, tokusatsu community! It’s Joshua Perry here to talk about SODO figures on my fortnightly series, SODO Sundays. Today the rest of SODO Saber’s line and the next SHODO Set!
- Kamen Rider Saber
Joining Desast in this month’s Book 10 will be Kamen Rider Blades Elemental Mashimashi! This form where Blades turned into flowing water appeared on screen for 16 seconds back in Episode 29 and is now appearing in figure form. To recreate this look the figure is done in all clear blue plastic and will be included all in one box compared to the way figures typically are. The Swordriver has also been remolded to include the Elemental Dragon book in order to be screen accurate.
Blades will also get his vehicle the Ride Gatriker. This bike appeared not often on screen but SODO is still going to release one anyway! Since Elemental Blades takes up only 1 box, the Gatriker will be made up using 3 boxes.
Finally, the last 3 figures to join the SODO Saber line will be the Megid trio of Storious, Legeiel, and Zooous. All of these figures, being monsters, are going to take up a lot of stickers to get them done as well as a lot of special molding.
With that, the complete SODO Saber Book 10 to end the line. Any other Saber figures not yet made such as Kamen Rider Solomon and Kamen Rider Storious will come out later on during Revice’s upcoming SODO line.
- SHODO-X 14
The next SHODO-X set will be based heavily on Kamen Rider Fourze to celebrate its 10th Anniversary that’s right around the corner. This will of course include Fourze in his Base States with all four of his main modules Rocket, Drill, Launcher, and Radar.
The repaint for the set will be Fourze in his Rocket States. Kamen Rider Meteor and Fourze’s Machine Massigler will also be in the set.
Kamen Rider Wizard in his Flame Style is also getting released in this set too!
